Meal is $25.00 per person, $15.00 per person for TAMU and high school students, $10.00 per person 12 and under. Attendance to the Muster program is free.

We’ve setup another fundraiser with BJ’s for March 2nd anytime between 5pm and midnight.  If you present the flyer below to your waitstaff, then 15% of your order will be donated back to our club scholarship fund.  During the last go around we were able to raise around 230 bucks.  Also they will have our Ag’s on TV starting at 8 pm playing Kansas.

area. I would like to take a moment to describe the role I play within the community so you know
who to contact if and when you have an aspiring high school student interested in Texas A&M.

As an Advisor, I help prospective students explore the opportunities available to them at our prestigious university.
I advise these students throughout the college exploration and admissions process and can offer extensive information
on various aspects of admissions, financial aid, honors, housing, and other student services.??

I also offer select students the opportunity to participate in programs that A&M host throughout the year. Such
programs include Valedictorian and Salutatorian Dinner and Aggie Land 101. If you would like more information
regarding these events, please contact me.

Howdy all,?It has been a while since anything has been posted so here is a bit of an update.? With the New Year fully in swing, we inducted new officers at the Christmas party.? With 2 Board meetings over and done with for the year things are rocking along, in the not too distance future we have Muster, more info to follow on that in the not to distance future.?Also on the horizon, we will be posting our scholarship applications in the next few days.There are several social activities planned over the next new months as well:March 5th, Men’s Basketball vs. Baylor in Waco @ 8pm
April 5th, Baseball at Olsen vs. Kansas State @ 2pm
April 27th, Trash Pickup @ Colquitt Park?@ 1pmAlso TBA activities include tubing down the Guadalupe, a Fredericksburg trip and maybe a Coaches Night.If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at the following link.

?The list below encompasses all activities scheduled for the Greater Temple Area A&M Club through April 2009.

Happy hour:

The former Tuesday happy hour has been moved to every Friday at O’Briens Irish Pub.? Happy hour starts “after work” (usually about 5:15ish) and lasts until ???.? FYI – The two brothers (Cody and Ryan Leshikar) that run O’Briens are both Aggies.

Athletic events:

Men’s basketball @ Baylor – Saturday, February 14th, 2009 at 5:00pm.? To purchase group tickets for the club, I’m requiring a minimum of 6 people RSVP by 01/30/2009.? Should we not get the minimum, you are still more than welcome to attend, we will just not be traveling?or attending as a group.

Women’s basketball @ Baylor – Saturday, March 7th, 2009 at 7:30pm.? Minimum 6.? RSVP by 02/21/2009.

Baseball @ Baylor – Friday, March 13th, 2009 at 6:30pm.? Minimum 6.? RSVP by 02/27/2009.

Park clean up day

The spring park clean up day has been scheduled for Sunday, April 5th, 2009 at 3:00pm at Colquit Park (on Hickory Dr.) in Temple.? The clean up takes a very short period of time and mainly this is a chance to bring the family out and socialize.? Light refreshments will be served.

2009 Aggie Muster

Our 2009 Aggie Muster ceremony will be on Tuesday, April 21st, 2009 at the Mayborn Center.? More details will follow.
